  • Official Pilot Training Record for Aeroplane to be used in conjunction with a regular logbook. This shall be used to record ground school, preparatory ground instruction, dual and solo flying for all private and commercial and Class 4 instructor rating training in Canada.
  • Includes pages for ground school; pre-first solo checklist; record of training time; and instructor's comments.
  • This PTR does not replace a conventional logbook. It should be used in conjunction with a regular pilot logbook.
